At the GlassesOn opticians in Vilnius, lighting is integrated directly into the display furniture. Each eyewear shelf becomes an individual light-emitting surface, and their repeating rhythm shapes the character of the entire space.
At the GlassesOn opticians in Vilnius, lighting is integrated directly into the display furniture. Each eyewear shelf becomes an individual light-emitting surface, and their repeating rhythm shapes the character of the entire space.
LIGHT
The light here does not come from individual fixtures, but from the structure itself: each horizontal slat hides an LED strip, so the entire corridor glows evenly, without obvious point sources. On the ceiling, this principle is repeated in a triangular pattern — the slats bend into a corner overhead, creating an almost graphic, rhythmic pattern of light. During the day, natural light filters through the gaps between the slats, while in the evening, the integrated lighting takes over the same role, making the boundary between the interior and the street barely noticeable.
