For the interior of the Piano Piano Soboras restaurant in Kaunas, we manufactured handmade light fixtures from naturally darkened metal and glass specially processed in a kiln. The lamps became a recurring element of the space, complementing the industrial character of the interior.

LIGHT
The space is structured by reusable ring-shaped pendant luminaires arranged above rows of long tables. Their warm, directional light is directed downwards onto the tabletops, leaving the ceiling and walls in twilight. This contrast between the illuminated dining level and the darker background of the space creates a clear hierarchy without additional decorative elements.

SHAPING
Each lamp is handmade from naturally darkened metal. Specially for this project, the glass was processed in a glassmaker's kiln, resulting in its individual texture.
ATMOSPHERE.
A dark palette and targeted lighting leave the space with a sense of intimacy. Plants and velvet furniture soften the industrial structure.
